Coffee is a fresh consumable product — once opened, it cannot be returned.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective

  • The product is unopened and unused

  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery

After 3 days, we can’t process claims — the coffee world moves fast.
